PRLA's committees will meet Sunday afternoon and Monday morning. Spend Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday at the PA Foodservice Expo. PRLA members will receive a complimentary floor pass to the expo--all you have to do is select that event option and answer a few demographic questions. 

There will be more than 20 educational seminars at the Expo that are included with your floor pass. PRLA also is offering the ServSafe Manager's Food Safety Certification Course, a RAMP Server/Seller Training Course, and a Hotel Industry Analytics course, each for a fee. You can add RAMP Training or the HIA course to your Annual Meeting & Expo registration below. You will need to register separately for the ServSafe class (still on PRLA's website, though). 

Don't forget to make your hotel reservation. We have a conference block at the Westin Convention Center (conveniently connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center). The rate is $179 plus tax/night. You can book online or call (800) 228-3000 and reference Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association. We also have a block at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown (located a short walk from the convention center) with a rate of $159 plus tax/night. Don't miss the Spirit of Hospitality Awards Gala, Monday, October 23 at Heinz Hall, home of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. and the cost is $125/person. This annual awards program features 10 different categories to recognize the best and brightest in Pennsylvania's hospitality industry.
