The ACF Harrisburg Chapter and PRLA invite you to tune in as we go LIVE for a virtual Chopped-style Challenge on Thursday, December 9th at 6 PM.
 
 
Four ACF Harrisburg Chapter members will be taking on the challenge to prepare a dish using these four ingredients, selected by culinary students at Cumberland Perry Area CTC:
• Beef Sirloin
• Sweet Potato
• Chocolate
• Daikon
 
Each competitor will share their concept and thought process involved during this live webinar. Participants include:
• Rasheeda Carter - HACC Culinary & Baking Student, ACF Harrisburg Student Rep.
• Chef Claire Dacko - Culinary Instructor, Dauphin Co. Tech. School
• John Fabian - Sous Chef, Hilton Harrisburg
• Brandon Mullins - Cook, The Hotel Hershey
