Several class options are available- live classes, online courses, and retesting. Classes are offered from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All exams must be proctored by an approved ServSafe instructor/proctor.
Material will only be mailed out after payment is in place. If you need to be invoiced, please let us know so your registration is marked.
All books are mailed via USPS Priority mail. It is your responsibility to provide a good address and let us know if you don't receive the book/materials.
Registration for PRLA classes is handled by HR Food Safe; however, please contact Hope Sterner at the PRLA office with any questions.
