This event will celebrate the heart and soul of Pittsburgh’s vibrant restaurant scene: the dedicated staff, exceptional managers, and the invaluable supporters and vendors who make it all possible.

The winners of the Pittsburgh Spirit of Hospitality Awards will automatically become finalists for our state-wide Spirit of Hospitality Awards, which will be presented at our PRLA Annual Conference & Spirit of Hospitality Awards Gala in State College November 2026.

There will be four award categories—Employee of the Year, Manager of the Year, Industry Supporter, and Rising Star—each voted on by an expert panel of industry professionals. Additionally, the Newcomer of the Year/Best New Restaurant award will be decided by the public through a social media campaign.

This event brings together industry leaders, innovators, and rising stars for a night of celebration and a lavish reception with cocktails and cuisines stations.
